Watch the video Technology in the PE Classroom and write a paragraph on the things that you see. Talk about how the Physical Education classroom has seemed to change since you were in Elementary and Middle school.

The classroom had a kickboxing and nascar station that let the students actually get involved. They weren't just running around a gym without any sense of order. The most interesting part of the class to me was the skate and snowboarding stations. The kids that were interviewed really loved going to the gym. Technology has even made a difference in helping the obesity in America. If kids enjoy running around and trying new things then they will stay as active as possible. This classroom was way different from the one that I was in at that age. We just went to a gym and got a ball or two and could only do so much with it. Technology hasn't only advanced in the subject material classes but also in the classes that allow the students to actually get up and be active.
